How do I amend or cancel an order?
As we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, unfortunately we may not be able to amend your order once it has been placed.
If you wish to add an item, you can place an additional order and we will consolidate shipping where possible. If you want to change or remove an item from your order, we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible and if your order hasn't been dispatched, we will do our best to help.
However, should you wish to cancel the order you will need to contact us in writing using the 'Live Chat' button below within 7 days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
