I have placed an order but need to change the address

Our packing and delivery service is pretty speedy, so if your parcel is already en-route (you'll have received an email from our courier DPD), you'll need to contact DPD directly to change the address.

If you've not yet received any emails saying that your item has been despatched, that should mean it's still in our warehouse, in which case just get in touch with your order number and the correct address handy and one of the team will get that sorted for you!
