Why haven't I received my order confirmation?

If you have not received your order confirmation please make sure you check your junk folder in case it has been filtered there in error.

If you have not found your order confirmation email but would like to view details of your order, you can do this by logging in to your account. Here you are able to see your order history, billing and shipping information.


Once you have logged in, click on 'My Orders' - here you will see all orders that have been placed. For more details on each order, click on the button labelled 'View Order'

If you cannot find details of your order within the 'My Orders' section of your account, then your order has not been processed and you will need to go through the process of ordering your items again.
