We do our best to ensure our customers are happy with their products however if you wish to return an order you can do so within 14 working days (starting from the day you received your order).
If you wish to return an item to us you can do so by sending the parcel back using a method of your choice to the address below. Alternatively you can request a returns label for drop-off points using this form (charged at £5, deducted from your refund).

You must follow the below steps when returning an order to us;
- Package the item securely ensuring it is in the original packaging and in an unused, unworn condition for resale, any items that are not fit for resale will not be refunded.
- Include any documentation that came with the original parcel.
- Send the parcel back to us using your chosen method.
- Once received, we will check your item and if we are happy with the condition we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If you used our pre-paid returns label a fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund.
*Returns Labels can only be used for UK Mainland orders. If you are returning an order from outside this area please send your parcel back using a service of your choice at your own cost.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service. If you wish to exchange an item, simply return the original item to us following the above returns process and place a new order for the replacement item.
