We do our best to ensure our customers are happy with their products however if you wish to return or exchange an order you can do so within 14 working days (starting from the day you received your order).
Your returns form should have been included within your parcel and can be found on the back of the delivery note. If you need another returns form, you can click here to download one.
If you wish to return an item to us you can do so by sending the parcel back using a method of your choice or use our returns label that is sent out in your parcel for a small fee of £5*.
You must follow the below steps when returning an order to us;
- Package the item securely ensuring it is in the original packaging and in an unused, unworn condition for resale, any items that are not fit for resale may incur a restocking fee.
- Include the returns form which can be found on the back of your delivery note, simply complete it by filling in the relevant action codes
- Send the parcel back to us at your cost using a method of your choice or use our pre-paid returns label and simply drop the parcel off at the post office (make sure you receive proof of postage) (Returns labels must NOT be stuck to the product packaging (eg boot boxes) and should be secured to suitable outer packaging that protects the product packaging.)
- Once received, we will check your item and if we are happy with the condition we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If you used our pre-paid returns label a fee of £5 will be deducted from your refund
*Returns Labels can only be used for UK Mainland orders. If you are returning an order from outside this area please send your parcel back using a service of your choice at your own cost.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour we offer a FREE exchange service for your first exchange. If you need to exchange your item for the second time you will need to return the item at your own cost. Simply follow the same steps as above but ensure you mark on your returns form that you would like an exchange and detail which item you would like to exchange for. This service is available for UK Mainland orders only.
