If you believe your item is faulty or damaged please return it to us following the returns procedure documented here
Make sure you mark on the returns form that the item is faulty/damaged and include a description of what is wrong with the item.
If your item is deemed as faulty by the manufacturer we will cover the cost of your return postage however if it is not deemed to be faulty the cost will not be reimbursed.
It can take up to 30 days to process a faulty return as the item may need to go back to the manufacturer for testing before we are given an outcome.
